One morning the fire alarm in our unit WENT OFF at 8AM. It was false alarm and was so LOUD in an apartment in the morning. I had to manually press the button to stop it every 15 mins. After repeating this action for 3 hours, it couldn't be stopped any more!
Did I contact Mack Hall Real Estate? Yes, but the property manager's first sentence was not "Is everything alright?" at all; instead, her first sentence was "DO NOT MSG ME UNLESS IT'S URGENT."
If fire alarm is not an urgent matter to attend to, I don't know what on earth is classified as URGENT in Mack Hall's company policy? I was super impressed

The latest issue has been an unresolved maintenance issue with my air conditioning which I reported on the 18th of November. Followed up on December 3, 16 and 23 (today) and was advised they were waiting to hear back from the tradie.
Agent has now gone on Christmas break. I sent a text this evening requesting this be looked into because it’s been nearly 6 weeks since I made the report. I’ve been advised ‘this is not an emergency, we will tend to this on the 4th of January’. For context, today and the next few days will be 39 degrees in Perth.
