In a heated market, Space was dealing with multiple cash buyers. Instead of presenting all offers on an assigned date as the Space promised, Space cancelled a cash buyer's property inspection appointment and prematurely put the property 'under offer'. When questioned Space wouldn't tell the truth about the cancellation and also instructed the… settlement agent to assign higher agent fees than what was contractually allowed. The company's MO is to verbally present all offers and counter offers rather than written contracts to generate a high pressure sales environment. Matter referred to

Excellent service received from Space. I was, until recently, one of their tenants and can not fault my property manager and the service received. Responsive, friendly, resolved issues quickly and even sent a message to another agency recommending me as a tenant when I needed to move (owners demolishing house)! Also one of the smoothest move-out procedures ever which was hugely appreciated. Highly recommended :)

We have had a really positive experience as tenants. In particular with our real estate agent Natalie, it's been almost 2 years.
She has been really patient and professional with us. Anytime we've had an emergency, we received a reply within the day and then whatever was required to be fixed was done within the next few days, most of the time the next day. She also just generally considerate with her tenants and has never been unreasonable with us. Thanks Natalie!

Natalie Sykes has been our property manager at Space since 2014. That's 7 years of continuous service at the highest level of quality. She has always protected our interests through careful vetting of prospective tenants, negotiating good rental terms, ensuring tenants maintain our property, letting us know where we needed to do painting and other types of owner-maintenance etc. Natalie has been a great communicator and easy to contact.

Our manager, Natalie, is amazing. She works hard to ensure our property is kept in top condition always keeping us informed of maintenance that needs doing. She is on the ball, gets things moving quickly and is such an asset. It is a joy working with such a capable can do girl. We dealt with her previously on our other rental property and as soon as we bought a second we knew exactly who we wanted to manage our new house. We highly recommend her.
