I've been a fitness trainer for well over 15 years now and my passion only grows with every passing moment and with you thriving in life!
Honing in on the body-mind connection is powerful in fitness because it requires concentration, cultivates awareness and skill. Your body becomes more intelligent and responsive no matter where you begin or what your needs, goals and aspirations are. Our workout focus is on technique, effectiveness, with low repetitions and flow of breath and movement.
We offer boutique Studio Classes in Sydney's St Leonards only a 2min walk from the train station and parking. Our emphasis is on small group training where you are treated with care and attention. Our personalised sessions cater for about 8 clients per class, giving you with plenty of room for you to train, stretch and relax.
Join our very own Movement Classes set to music and you will love your workout even more. In these sessions you will build strength, flexibility, stability and develop a Graceful Body while you move to music from the comfort of your Home. These classes are paced for Absolute Beginners with much care and direction so that your exercise is safe and Artistic in one.

We also do a brief postural analysis to give you practical fitness program guidance and tips. Penny helped me to re-build my strength and lose weight through corporate training sessions after I had back surgery many years ago. Penny has forever changed how I view personal body strength and stretch. Her huge repertoire of activities and associated skillsets, means she has the flexibility to truly tailor a training program based on questions and answers and her deep understanding of how the body responds and how it grows in strength. Having her available online is a phenomenal resource as I live 2 hours from her studio. My body has not only grown stronger through the challenge - not just abs but all round body strength - I'm starting to develop a shaped torso and shoulders that has been unattainable through other fitness

Penny is an amazing trainer she is very caring, thorough and addresses your needs.
Since doing Pilates with Penny (now online) I feel flexible, stronger, fitter, I have lost weight and my aches and pains have all gone. I feel great!
Penny is extremely knowledgeable. She knows exactly what exercise to do in order to strengthen and tone my body. As a result my body is now functioning at its peak. I feel great and I have lots of energy.
She does workouts that target most of your body parts AT ONCE! Penny is AMAZING!!
Penny has been my personal trainer since 2010. I cannot recommend her enough

Penny is by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever come across. Her in depth knowledge on how human body works, combined with passion for what she does mean you’re in good hands. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious and I loved every single of her classes I ever attended. She can easily accommodate people with different fitness level in one class by offering modifications based on your individual level of experience or even your energy level on the day.

I have loved Penny's corporate pilates class! She is very knowledgeable and really listens to her class members to help them get the most from the session and continued growth. She is just a delight and has a unique way of turning challenges into "fun" or "party level". Highly recommended

Very helpful. I attended initially for my lower back pain after having baby and returning to work which require a lot of sitting time. Penny helped to strengthen my core muscle and adjust posture. It started showing the result in first 10 weeks. now I don't have to suffer the pain any more. Thanks Penny.

I would not be taking part in yoga classes if Penny wasn't the one taking the class. Making sure all participants are okay and her happy wonderful ways make the class enjoyable and make you want to go back for more. You kind of want the class to continue as you feel great at the end of each session. Thanks Penny, you are amazing!

I've been attending Penny's corporate classes for several years now. She makes sure each class is tailored to how people are feeling and where there may be issues and always gives options for those that have injuries or different levels of experience. My strength, balance and flexibility have really improved and I just feel so good at the end of each class.

I always look forward for Monday mornings and Pilates with Penny. It's good to start the day doing stretches and exercises with Penny's help. After session I feel refreshed. Penny and Yoga/Pilates are part of my life for the past several years.
