In 2002, Stephanie established Alive Personal Training. Believing that physical well-being is the foundation to feel alive, she wanted to make sure everyone had access to a personal trainer. Having spent a lot of her time in gyms, she saw how uncomfortable some people looked, and then how they seemed to just vanish after a few months.
You'll stay motivated as our sessions are varied and engaging- we know what it takes to keep you wanting more. Your personal trainer tailors each session to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will listen to you, and check in with you between sessions to keep you motivated.
Our team work closely with the highly qualified practitioners at Balwyn Sports & Physiotherapy Centre. At times you need added support or physiotherapy, this is the place you must visit. If you've got an injury that won't go away, the team at Complete Sports Care will provide a realistic assessment of your potential for recovery, and help you create a management plan.
I train every week with Steph and find it immensely beneficial. It is so convenient to have someone come to you with all the required equipment. Steph is great at varying each week's programme so that it feels different each time. She also ensures there is progression and makes sure to record what we've done each session, so she can let me know how I'm tracking.
