We're all about training smart and giving you the best opportunity to achieve sustainable health and fitness results. Our educated and experienced trainers bring you the latest in science combined with old-fashioned, work hard ethics and unwavering enthusiasm.
There are two main rooms containing a host of different equipment and exercise spaces. The front room is our cardio and strength and conditioning room, whilst the back room houses our boxing and pilates equipment as well as providing a great place for stretching. The studio has toilets and a shower.

This is a small gym used for personal training on Toorak Rd in Camberwell. There are weights, machines, fit and medicine balls, punching bags, mats, etc., everything you'd find in any gym. Simon is my Kiwi personal trainer who is absolutely great! I'm a new Mum, so he knows what type of exercise I need to get the baby weight off without making me hate him and never come back again. He's even set up a playpen so I can bring bubs when I can't find a sitter. Ace!! Great little gym.
