Being from the U.K he spent much of his childhood in the village of 'Bridge' where Anthony's grandparents still reside. Our office is located in Ashgrove as a central hub but will also service areas such as The Gap, Red Hill, Newmarket, Bardon, Paddington and Alderley (including all other surrounding suburbs). I absolutely appreciate Bridgebury's friendly staff who do their job extremely well, keep me informed of any issues and are a pleasure to work in partnership with.
We first listed with David in 2016 and after no decent offers decided to pull our house off the market. We decided to relist with David again due to his thorough local knowledge. It was important that the new premises reflected how Bridgebury conduct business and provides a modern and desirable environment for staff to thrive. We wanted a welcoming atmosphere to allow clients, tenants or buyers to feel comfortable on arrival. An opportunity arose to go into a premises that has more traffic exposure than any other real estate agency in North Lakes.

Bridgebury Real Estate employees have great customer service skills and they make every individual feel cared about. I applied for a rental property and they had processed my application, gone through all mandatory checks (references) and had sent the application for owner approval within 24hrs after applying. After interviewing a number of local agents, we decided to have Anthony take care of the sale of our home. As first-time sellers who no longer live in the area, it was additionally important that we had someone we felt comfortable looking after pretty much the whole process.

Elizabeth helped us rent our place out and she made the entire process pleasant! very professional and always accommodating. Her knowledge and communication was excellent, which was really important in helping us make various decisions. Unfortunately renting with bridgebury has been a dissapointment. Maintence issues were not fixed at all and the end of the tenancy agreement has been a nightmare. The company has felt the need to ask for normal wear and tear to the property to be fixed, damages caused by domestic violence that arised during the tenancy that were corrected and was told was "fixed" had become an issue at the end of tenancy which has gobsmacked me that a real-estate could be so judgemental and not understanding of unfortunate circumstances or say this is fixed to now you have to pay for something you've already corrected

I wish I could give a better rating than 5 stars to Elizabeth Lowe. Her professionalism and willingness to help is very rare these days. We live interstate. Due to the current situation in the country we were unable to come to QLD for the final stages of our build. She went over and beyond her duties to help us by liaising with the builder, especially during the final inspection stage and secured us a good tenant immediately after the handover. I like to take this opportunity to thank her and wish her and the team at North Lakes all the best!
