Probably the most relaxed real estate experience I've had. Only met Anya briefly once, but the attention to detail and timely responses to my queries, liaison with owners, neighbours and builder made life very easy. Good after sales service too, which works for us as we don't live in Brisbane yet, so we get the benefit of her local knowledge and attending to the fiddly bits and pieces that can take up so much time.

In the 5 years you have managed our rental property we have found Wave Realty has been very professional and helpful. They have always found a solution to any issues that popped up while managing an older house needing maintenance and repairs. The place has been tenanted almost 100% of the time with very minimal gaps if at all between new tenants.
