Griffin National Real Estate is an independent real estate agency offering industry-leading property management, sales & buyer's advocate services to the Brisbane property market. We understand why people roll their eyes when they talk about real estate agents & property managers. We all know plenty of them who do a dismal job & don't begin to justify what they charge.
They want to know what's going on, when it's going on, with their rental property. They want to be kept informed of everything that's important - but not have their time wasted on anything that's not. When they call to ask a question, they don't want to have to wait days or weeks (& several more frustrating calls) to get a response - let alone not getting a response at all!
Simply notify council &/or Unity Water to send their invoices directly to us & we'll pay them on your behalf in the next mid-month or end-of-month pay run. Not only do you not have to worry about paying it yourself, it's then included in your end-of-year financial statement, ready for you or your accountant to prepare your tax return.
We visit your property & advise you of everything you could do to present it in its best light, whether that's maintenance, minor renovations, de-cluttering, cleaning, etc. You might choose to do none, some, or all of what we suggest, but we'll show you which will get you the biggest bang for your buck.
All the time! Our sales agents call their Vendors after every viewing to report how many people attended, what their level of interest was, what they liked - & what they didn't! Our Vendors also receive weekly campaign reports showing how much activity there has been on realestate.com.au - how many buyers have searched on their property, how many saved it to their favourites list, how many clicked on photos, etc.
