Not happy with the service provided whilst residing in a property run by Real Estate Buyer Services. There were many things that bothered me such as inconsistent inspections and issues with the water bill. The issue I had the most was after I had been living at a property for 5 years paying every two weeks without fail I notified Mandy of my intention to leave. The following payment after I had given the notice had not been listed and I was asked to sign a bond slip with the additional $740 added (2 weeks rent).
