We made multiple trips to the dealership and had multiple test drives before making our decision.
Johns knowledge of the vehicle and brand made us comfortable we were making the right choice.

Wonderful and helpful staff and great coffee while you wait. Unfortunately Subaru service pricing is quite expensive. Other leading brands have a capped priced servicing half the cost of Subaru.

Never again, hard to get contact of, service not so great, had to ask to get service or even acknowledged. tried calling many times to see if my car was ready as they said it will be ready by 430. 5pm i am trying to call the centre and noone answering,

Fantastic Service.
Bought my WRX from there back in December 20.
The main thing is the Salesman was not pushy, very knowledgeable and made the whole process of buying very smooth.
Aftercare and service department are great with good communication and prices.
Highly recommend Subaru as a manufacturer and more so Subaru Wanaga for their service.

Wanted to buy a new car but can't afford it yet. Got our Subaru Forrester serviced. Our Subaru Forrester is 13 and a half years old and hasn't missed a beat, always reliable, and goes everywhere we have taken it. When we eventually replace this beauty it will be with another Subaru.

As other have said, you may need to actually yell to get any service even when I was standing at reception clearly waiting, and also the price they tell you for the service will be extra. I also told them not to worry about a certain part as I had order it online, and they still proceeded to replace a part of it and charge me. Subaru Osbourne Park will atleast treat you like human

12months on.. the staff, specifically in the Service Department, continues to be still excellent and is the best I've ever had from a car brand/dealer!

Service team are excellent, the service was professional and efficient. I am able to book online for a time that is convenient and a reminder is sent. The staff are courteous and provide sound advice and information. Price is good and my car was washed and vacuumed!

My new vehicle went back to the dealer after a service as the issue I had was not rectified and it, although being cleaned, was dirtier after the clean than before.
A simple explanation at the time of pick up would have assisted my concerns instead of being told that the technician checked but couldn't find the issue. Apparently the factory setting for the indicators mean that the indicator doesn't always cancel in certain situations.
The fact that the cleaners don't use clean water to wash a car with was perplexing. The windows and mirrors were that bad, as I drove out I had to use the windscreen
