How likely is it that you will live long enought to rate a used auto shopping experience as five stars? If you deal with Down Under the chances are extremely high. These guys listen well, focus on their customer's needs instead of on making the sale, are high on providing information and no pressure. I belive one of the poorer DU reviews speaks to Pat's basically discougaging a customer from driving from out of town to purchase a car that didn't fit. I believe that; I don't think Pat would sell a car that he thought would disappoint his customer. Excellent price, attentive and personal service

Brad is really great. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my purchase and I appreciate him very much. I called this dealership to buy a truck. I saw that they had a good price on a truck I was interested in. I spoke with the gentleman that owns the business. I told him that I was located out of state. I have purchased many trucks out of state. This made him very nervous. He had no issue with me paying cash. He was concerned that I would get here and not like the vehicle. I asked him to let me know if anything was wrong with the vehicle. He said he cannot sell it to me. After asking several times for pictures, that he never did send over, I called again later that day and said that I was still interested

I can’t say enough. These guys are HONEST, FAIR and know what a GREAT vehicle is. They only sell reliable cars at affordable prices. Purchase my dream car from Tommy a few weeks ago, Toyota 4 runner. There was a tiny leak in the rear, nothing serious but they offered to help with the repair costs, gave me a free of charge rental while the car was in the shop. It’s a great vehicle and it feels amazing to know that you are being treated fairly in a market that woman get taken advantage of a lot. I will always buy from them! Thanks y’all!

Make sure you take a mechanic with you to look over the vehicle first. I purchased a Nissan from here that had been wrecked previously in its life which they did not tell me and the car had a long history of electric problems. After 2 weeks of purchasing the stereo face stop working, door handle broke. Now I’m have major electrical issues with it and found out some rigged and circuit goin to one of the coils. I could have bought the same car on CL for much less money and headaches.

It has been a delight to deal with Down Under Auto sales. In searching for a particular car, a Nissan Cube, I stumbled upon the web site and viewed their cars. I visited their work site in Wangara and was surprised to discover a large selection of cars other than just the Cube that first caught my eye. They have cars that are in top condition and… they are prepared with detail. I met Moss and Soo at the site and they drove me over to their showroom. The Noah was purchased direct from Downunder, and the Porte came to us from another dealer - but originally imported by Down Under Autos. [if we had known about Down Under Autos earlier - we would have bought directly from them] In all our dealings with Down Under's we have always been very impressed with the quality of both the vehicles and the service given. We can highly recommend this company to any prospective buyers.
