Aarthi and her team were brilliant, clear, concise and transparent. Aarthi was upfront and definate with consultation to make a mutual plan discussing finances and expectations and contingencies should… anything unexpected happen. that was a highlight as I lost my job to Covid at that time.
Aarthi offered solutions to fit with my family lifestyle and predicament with compassion.

I recently sought several real estate agents advice with my situation re Covid19 and my work predicament after 20 wonderful years in our beautiful 100 year old property in Shorncliffe.
Initially it was hard as some agents were not from the area and sold me many dreams with unlimited money offers with nothing to spend? (it was confusing)
Hmmm! then come Aarthi (this dynamo professional girl came and said it straight to me and my wife about expectations in a realistic laymen terms).
Aarthi and her team were wonderful to deal with updates on a regular basis with what we needed to know/do and tracking

Was very interested in a property for sale and wanted additional info so I could make an offer. After 3 emails and a phone call (where I got reception and left my details to be contacted) I still heard nothing. I feel sorry for people who have their property with these guys as you would hope the agents are responsive to enquiries.
I am now looking at other options and would not consider trying to contact this agency again.

The most insidious real estate agents I have ever experienced. Brock doesn't care about people, he just cares about making money. He lies and blames others for his complete lack of professionalism. They fail to respond to emails and place redneck tenants in quiet peaceful areas. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

We rented our property to this small family owned agency for a few years. When a tenant moved out and some small repairs needed to be conducted, the works were not undertaken by this agency. Subsequently, we decided to relist the property elsewhere. Understandably, the agency works hard to ensure the rental income comes in, but neglects their contractual agreement made to the investor. Ensure you practice your due dilligence.
