We work on a 'No Sale - No Charge' basis which means you only pay us once you are happily sold. This includes advertising/marketing expenses, so if you decide not to sell there is no costs to you from our agency. Our office is open 7 days a week so when a buyer calls, they are promptly answered and the enquiry acted upon straight away - all day, every day.

Selling our house during Covid lockdown is not ideal, but with the professional and efficient help from Flynn & Co, not only did we sell our house within six days of it going on the market, we also got the maximum price desired.
