I have been renting properties for 15 years. In this 15 years I’ve never received service even close to what I have at First National Basso, particularly from Jessica and Sunnie.
You do always feel like your queries or concerns are less important when your the tenant but over the past year + I have always felt heard and relevant.
EVERY call and email I have made has been responded too in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
My concerns have always been heard and rectified with support.
Any maintenance has been completed in a surprisingly quick time with no hassles.
My inspections

I've been a tenant in my home for the past 11 years, and the last 6 or so of those have been with Basso as the managing agents. For a Landlord to stick with a company for this long, says a lot about the quality of the business. And what makes a business one that people want to stick with, is the people they employ. In all of my dealings with Hayley as my Property Manager, she has conducted herself in a professional and friendly manner, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
