This accommodation should not deserve any stars. The owner and manager never care about the residents' feelings. They think their decisions prevail. The air conditioning systems are all off for more than a month during summer seasons as they want to replace the units. I've been told to leave and my personal belongings must be clear off the unit for the majority of the weeks, but full rental payments are required and must be paid in advance. I wrote my reflections and complaint about my dissatisfaction to the manager, but no response was made.
I'm telling to the public now. Do not choose this place

Stayed recently for a overnight show for one night. Great 2 bedroom apartment. Clean tidy and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Everything needed was in the apartment. Great location. Will definitely choose this as our regular place to stay when visiting South Brisbane. Just need to let people know that you book in at there sister apartment The Capitol. (Not a problem thou as it’s only a 30 second walk).

The front office looks a little abandoned and detracts from the"kerb appeal". The car park is inner city tight but once you get past that the apartments are well appointed. A lovely glass en suite is a great touch. Can't do anything about the inner city noise from the rail line but you don't notice it after the first hour. Would definitely stay again. Three cafes in a short walk and a dozen more within two blocks.

Very hard to get to car park entrance if you use the actual address on Peel street. The entrance is on Merivale street. Was very frustrating going round on one way streets to finally get there. We were visiting friends. Hotel seemed nice inside. The pool area was good and nice view but the lights kept going off every five minutes.

DAY 1: Hotel elevators stopped working while young children and family inside. We squeezed through partly open doors while lights flashing and doors closing. Children 2 & 7 years old, handicapped parent up 10 floors. Keys get stuck in locks so doors have to be left unlocked or 5 minutes jiggling of key required. Lap pool on roof, deep, cold so not suitable for young children. Air-conditioning not working and had not worked for a while according to another guest. Train and traffic noise significant if windows open, management solution was a pedestal fan. Children scared of glass balcony
