What can I say.... The floor was more comfortable than the main bed that had collapsed on either side. The second bed was probably harder than the floor, but on the plus side there was a thriving social atmosphere (only problem was that it carried on ALL NIGHT)
The lobby had a really interesting aroma, which I suspect was the garbage. In hindsight this explained the cockroaches that we found in the apartment.
If you are looking for a place that MAKES you want get out an explore Brisbane this is for you. If you want to be somewhat comfortable I would look elsewhere.

Founda Gardens is absolutely wonderful! I can not rate it highly enough.
Everything is super clean and organised. Patrick has been exceptional and looked after us superbly. Rooms are super clean and large. We will be definitely coming back again and again. The location is within walking distance to Park Road for lots of lovely cafes; also 5 minutes walk to the City Cat terminal. Thanks to Patrick and David for their attention and professionalism.

We have recently stayed at Founda Gardens for an extended period. Facilities were great and management is awesome. The two bedroom apartment was a generous size for our family and the secure undercover car park a bonus. Our small boys loved the pool the most. Thanks for looking after us and making us feel welcome.

We have just stayed at Founda Gardens Apartments for the second time and it was even better then the first.
The location is perfect, I don't like driving in Brisbane and by staying at Founda Gardens I don't have to. The bus and Citycat are so handy, but i enjoyed the walk over to South bank and into the city along the Brisbane river.
The apartments are very large and the kitchen is really well stocked, enough dinnerware for family meals.
Very clean and well furnished, we loved the large balconies.
Looking forward to our next trip back to Brisbane and we will be booking Founda Gardens again
