Fitness Moves provides Personal Training on the North Shore Sydney, specialising in strength training for weight loss, muscle gain, tone, strength and overall health. We also do Sports Specific Coaching, and give advise to help keep you motivated to attain your optimal fitness level. Lose weight, gain muscle tone and strength, in a controlled, sustainable way with our Training System (ZTS) designed to your unique body and mind needs.

Our personal training, indoor, and outdoor, one on one, group, and corporate training programs are all about providing the tools, techniques, and guidance, to empower you toward a more energetic, dynamic and joy filled lifestyle.

Fitness Moves, was started by our head Personal Trainer Sydney, Denis Zolin to satisfy his passion to help people manage their health and fitness needs. His own experiences of managing stress and weight control through exercise gave him the impetus to seek out the best systems on how to help others find their exercise and nutrition balance.
All of our services described below are geared to help you achieve your goals, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle and strength, nutrition guidance, toning or attaining the optimum fitness level for your sport. Personal Training: Our Personal Training is a customised one on one service designed to help you lose weight, gain muscle and strength to energise you through the day or help you excel in your sport specific needs.
The Zol Training System (ZTS) is designed to continuously stimulate your body's neuromuscular system through progressive exercises and movements so you keep improving. Frequently introducing your body to new and demanding movements avoids the frustration of plateauing instead you will see continuous benefits to body and mind throughout the duration of your training program.
In my early 20s I played competitive sport and was strong by all measures. Professional life got the better of me. I was at the point where I could no longer do a pull up or a push up. After working with Denis I am now stronger than I was when I 21. I do push ups as a warm up, pull ups are now part of my weekly exercise.

Scott, an elite athlete and fitness fanatic was looking for a different challenge, whilst he was extremely fit he wanted a change up in his training, something that would both take him to peak fitness and give him a bit more muscle definition and size.He decided to enter the Australian Men's Fitness Magazine's Fit Bloke Challenge 2012, so he required some specific training in the 3 months leading upto the event.

With the nonstop energy that is NYC, Momentum Fitness is a retreat from the chaotic hustle. Marco the owner and head trainer, along with his team of dedicated staff offer a variety of classes to suit any level/interest. They are educated on injuries and aches and pains and will take the time to cater to your exact needs, even in a full class. I found them on ClassPass, but quickly joined after realizing this is a one of a kind gym in the city. It’s sparkling clean, classy and welcoming to all. I've been working with Marsha for a little over a year now. Prior to that, I was measuring success by - 1) the number I saw on the scale, and 2) the caloric intake on MyFitnessPal. Needless to say, there was a lot of yo-yo-ing, with periods of weight loss, followed by periods of weight gain - no tracking of muscle mass, body composition, lean analysis, muscle-fat analysis -- and no progression plan. I was stuck in the same cardio pattern with no progress -- it was extremely frustrating.

Love this facility! The small class size allows for more personal attention. You can’t go wrong with any class. I find that every instructor will correct your form and motivate you to do your best. It’s pretty close to one on one training with the amount of attention they give to all of their students. Once you’re a regular like me, they really get to know what you are capable of and will make recommendations for heavier weights. I’ve seen so much progress in my transformation in these last 5 months and I couldn’t have done it without these classes. You will definitely get your money

Jonathan Constant I found Momentum Fitness after leaving Equinox and searching for a nice studio where I could practice my yoga and this place was PERFECT! I tried Stephanie’s Wednesday evening class and it was small, only 6 people, and very personalized. The lockers and showers are immaculately cleaned and stocked with soaps, shampoo, and plenty of clean fluffy towels. So glad to have finally cut off the expensive membership gym for something more intimate and welcoming!

I live in the Boston area but travel for work and find myself in NYC at least twice a month - often for days at a time. Momentum Fitness has become my "gym away from home" due to the outstanding staff (including Marco) and the modern, clean facilities. More than a just a simple gym, Momentum is a fitness/lifestyle experience.

I left Equinox after the whole fundraising scandal and was fortunate enough to find Momentum Fitness. The gym is beautiful and clean and the space is open and inviting. The trainers are excellent and I can't wait to try their Yoga and Pilates classes. Best part is I'm no longer tied down with any expensive membership fees or contracts. This is truly NYC's best kept secret!!!

Momentum Fitness is a boutique fitness studio, with a physical therapy office in the back. Very clean, good lighting, and knowledgeable fitness staff. The trainers know what they are doing, and see this as a career . . not just a side job or passing job while they make it through to another career. They all take fitness seriously, and make sure clients are maintaining proper form and using the correct technique while lifting weights. I'm a female in my early 40s, and was previously taking spin, barre and the occasional boot camp class. I've now shifted to running outside, still taking spin, but

This Place is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely clean.
I took Angela Cheng’s the SHRED class and I love it!!! I have to say she is a very motivated and fun trainer. She always encourages and pushes you to the best. She is also very resourceful and knows her training very well. Her class definitely helped me to achieve my fitness goals. It is amazing how she constructs her classes with various fun workout routines.
Thanks to Angela Cheng, I not only look great, but feel amazing. It is definitely well worth it!!

I came upon Momentum Fitness through ClassPass. I took a few kettlebell and bodyweight classes there and absolutely loved the private space and attention to detail that all the trainers placed on each person so I signed up for some personal training with Grace Kavadlo. In the past couple of weeks I have seen my body transform into a much stronger and leaner version of my old self. My usual aches and pains are completely gone and I am even flexible enough to touch my toes now! Grace and the rest of the team at Momentum Fitness are THE BEST and I am looking forward what a few more weeks of training
