Just pass my P1 road test today and still excited to pass at the first time! Miriam is one of the most responsive and patient teachers I met in my whole life. I learned the driving skills from her at the very beginning, and she is very professional to teach me the safe way to drive and deal with different scenarios. Everyone need to learn the right way to drive and I would not hesitate to recommend Miriam as your first teacher to learn to drive!!

Mariam is a wonderful teacher. I was an adult learner.( a old one lol) I needed someone to teach me reverse parallel parking for my test. She explained everything visually using hotwheels cars, which made it easy to understand. The drop off and pick up was great as well because I could easily add a lesson to my general day without any extra effort to get to a driving school. She used constructive and positive feedback and she gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test. As someone who had a previously bad experience with a very mean driving instructor take my word and go with this lovely lady

I suffer from severe anxiety on a day to day basis. I had been absolutely terrified of driving. From meeting Miriam I have become at more at ease and gained my confidence. Miriam is kind, patient and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Now finally at age 25 I gained my Ps on the 1st July!!! Highly recommended.

I recently booked several lessons with Miriam to help me prepare for my overseas driver's licence conversion assessment test. Miriam is very systematic in her instruction and covers all the aspects that are assessed in the assessment test. She is very patient in explaining things and answers all my questions very clearly. She also identified areas in my old driving habits that could be improved. In addition to preparing for the test, I also learnt practical skills for safe and responsible driving from her. Miriam is a kind, sensitive, and effective driving instructor. She helped prep me for my overseas driving license conversion practical test. Miriam sent me multiple resources to read and watch ahead of test day, and ensured we practiced the main aspects of the test multiple times during our lessons. She was patient throughout, and was very encouraging when I felt under-confident or made mistakes. I would strongly recommend Miriam as your driving instructor.

I am in awe of the detailed lessons I received from Miriam. It was a one year journey from my L's that ended with passing my P's on 3/11 with an excellent result. Miriam taught me a driving life test and I now find myself hearing her voice subconsciously when driving.

This is the best driving school in Hobart! I was a completely new learner 2 years ago. I keep learning driving with Miriam, and successfully I passed my L2 licence test, and today I passed my P1 test. Miriam is the best driving instructors I have ever met. She is so professional and patient. She always gives me the best advices to help me to practice. I am very thankful to her efforts that she is trying her best to help me to pass the test. The best driving school in Hobart. Miriam is absolutely amazing. Her teaching methods are spot on and are easy to pick up and put into practice. She is very calm and personable, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
I came as a very late bloomer, developing a bit of an anxious association with the thought of learning to drive after such a long hiatus. That all quickly disappeared after my first lesson with Miriam, and my confidence grew in leaps and bounds with every lesson. I genuinely looked forward to the lessons and having a good chat and a laugh as we went along.

Would 100% recommend Miriam and Hobart Driving School. Miriam is very knowledgeable, picks up on subtle mistakes, patient, calm, and happy for you to ask questions. She goes above and beyond when teaching and her passion for being an instructor very clearly comes across. She helped me pass my test the first time around – thank Miriam!
