A discussion with Bruce Tame for the first time over telephone melted all my stress away. He is honest, extremely professional and his veteran knowledge of the property market makes him the absolute best in Brisbane. He ensured my apartment in Woolloongabba sold at the right time and for an excellent price. His proactive updates every couple of days was greatly appreciated. Tina has been a very effective agent in our communication with the seller. She is quick to respond to all of our enquiries. From the first inspection all the way to settlement, she has been extremely helpful. She often goes out of her way to ensure both sides are well informed and on the same agreement. I am very thankful that I decided to employ Bruce Tame to sell my investment property. He was the only agent that I spoke with that had a clear proposal that would maximise the sale price of the property.
