Classic package: If you list with the regular Classic package ($2,900 upfront) and your property sells for under $450,000 you will only pay $4,000 at settlement, bringing your total to $6,900 (instead of $9,900) which is the regular Saver price.

Exceeded sale expectations with fantastic advice and negotiation skills!
We engaged Catherine with a property in a great location in a fairly hot market, expecting a reasonably quick sale at a good price. To be honest I did not believe any agent would add much value to the sale, however Catherine proved me wrong.
We have reasonable awareness of the property market and had done our research and Catherine was very respectful of this. She always asked our opinion and was happy to discuss any aspect of the sale at short notice. She always added value by confirming (or denying) our thoughts with experience
