I was introduced to Andy and Angela via one of my neighbours few years back. We had our property listed by a different agent and they could not get anything across the line.
The introduction was somewhat random, but very insightful and productive. As we were unable to sell the property, we allowed Andy & Angela handle the property for rentals and they hit the nail in the right spot. This led to us getting one of the best tenant on the property.
The better part had been Andy taking ownership and handling all tenant issues directly. This surprised us as there were no decision required from us in

Professional is an understatement for Andy, as he often go whole heartedly above and beyond to satisfy his customers. He’s been looking after our investment property for couple of years and we’ve never had any concerns. One of the biggest risks with our property is its maintenance, Andy has definitely been a star - super responsive to the tenants and responsible for us by ensuring quality work done in a timely manner while keeping the cost low.
