I would highly recommend Helen to anyone who wants to sell their home quickly with results. She is very professional, realistic, honest. approachable and reliable. Helen has a extremely good knowledge of the Blue Mountains realestate market and never gave up on getting the best price for our house. She was easy to communicate with over the phone and via WhatsApp , always getting back to me within a timely fashion. Finally she listened to what we wanted and reassured me when needed. We felt very comfortable with Mark as our selling agent. He had great knowledge of the area and pricing. We sold our house on the first open house before it was advertised officially, and we got a good price. Mark was very patient, gave us helpful advice to prepare our home for sale, and clearly the advice worked! We have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone selling.
