Best Salesman I've dealt with
My wife and I contacted the office of Merrick Property Group and Shannon called us back to discuss what we wanted to do. We met with Shannon on site and he gave us his opinion and what we should do to obtain the best price possible. We did some minor works and the price first discussed jumped significantly. Shannon organised the photo's and video and these were very professionally done. They really showed the unit up well. Within 1 day of the property being on the market Shannon contacted us to advise that he had two people viewing it. The second one was at 7.30pm
