Awesome customer service. Although the click and collect is being replaced with a super fast delivery service, it was a great experience coming into the production warehouse / head office to pick up my first order, whilst also having a good chat with Stephanie about the products. This felt very customer-centric, which is often lacking these days. Also note that the WPI 90 strawberry flavour is tasty.

I've been a customer of True Protein since 2015 and haven't really bought gym supplement products anywhere else since then.
The vegan proteins are delicious and way better than others I have tasted on the market (much less chalky and really flavoursome), I've also used the ZMA, Creatine, BCAA, Glutamine and Green powder products, all are fantastic. The Green powder in particular mixes well and tastes great.
The flavoured BCAA powders are excellent. Plain BCAA just generally doesn't taste great in a shake but True Protein have remedied that with the flavoured BCAA powders.
All in all a satisfied

Great product. Have went through many different protein powders over the years and this is the best tasting one I've found. Once I got the samples I was sold and bought a 2 kg bag and will continue to do so.
Had some troubles with the postage which was australia posts fault which Jess from true protein dealt with swiftly and haven't had that great of customer service in years.
You guys have sent my loyalty with your great products and service.
