Sue is an accredited nutritionist who is passionate about food, health and its impact on her client's wellbeing. With a background in teaching human biology and chemistry she has a balanced approach to nutrition. Realising that no two people are the same, Sue will develop a nutritional plan in conjunction with you that will suit your lifestyle and goals.

I found Sue to be extremely knowledgeable and professional during my consultations with her. She really helped me narrow down where I was lacking in my diet, and formulated a specific program for me. She also recommended supplements to help with my energy levels, and these in conjunction with some easy changes to my diet made a huge difference.
