Macarthur Automotive was established in 2002 when Peter Warren Automotive Holdings purchased the Mercedes-Benz Macarthur dealership located in Campbelltown. In 2005, Ford Campbelltown and Ford Camden were also added to the group. ** I would genuinely not recommend the Kia, Suzuki, Jeep, Renault yard. The team on Saturday were unfriendly, couldn’t be bothered to help and were too busy chatting amongst themselves. My family went to the Ford yard, where we received excellent customer service from John and Elise. We would give Ford 5 ⭐️and Kia/Suzuki/Jeep/Renault 1 ⭐️

I find myself standing in your service centre in tears once again... I’ve lost count how many times I have been in this building being told that you’ll “see what you can do” or “we think we’ve fixed the problem” on not one but two Ford Focus cars you have sold me brand new. After being back in your service department 3 times in the last 4 weeks… due to the same problem of the car dropping out when I was driving and when I asked your service department to put new batteries in my fobs YOU CHARGED ME $14!!!! Are. You. Kidding. Me!? Every time there

Low ballers...….. on trade in valuations done over the phone granted no pic supplied but their so called valuation was a low ball offer if the shoe was on the other foot and you low balled them you would be told where to go...….. sent an email with pic of car voicing my displeasure still no response

We went there to buy a car. Everything was final and they took $500 dollar deposit. They said finance will be ok and the car will be deliver next week. Next day they call and said the colour we chose they don’t have, got another two colours left and our finance was not approved. Unbelievable 🎭 dramas. They they refund our deposit more than week. Really bad customer service. Never recommend anyone. straight one ⭐️ for them.
Same day we went to Clinton ,finance done car done and got delivery smoothly.
