Went and test drove a Toyota Corolla today. After the test drive we noticed the boot would not shut correctly, the mechanic tried to fix it however was unable to, the dealer insisted this isn't an issue even though water was leaking into the boot.
The car was advertised as "One Owner", when asked for evidence, the log books were missing, no service history and upon inspection the transmission fluid was dirty brown. The dealer then insisted changing the transmission fluid is optional and not necessary.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Sold us an absolute lemon.
Took it to my mechanic, who said it should never have been sold. Water pump was glued into the car?!?!
No warranty given with car, absolute disgrace.
Took advantage of a desperate situation.

I wouldn't recommend. We were interested in a vehicle there as it was advertised on Car Sales.Com, and had traveled some distance to view it, as we were told it was better than what was listed. Vehicle was OK, though all went pear shaped when I asked for the logs. The salesman came up with every excuse under the sun why they didn't have it, including it was against the Australian Privacy Act to provide such, and 'none of our vehicles have log books'. I have extensive experience in the Privacy field, and that advice is completely wrong. No log books, walk away people, as there is a reason for this

Buying through Elite Autos there is nothing at all I could fault. My search took some time, and first car was lovely but not for me. I went back a month later and found my perfect vehicle. Colin and David are fantastic and honest to deal with. Its a no pressure all service sales experience. I would always make them my first port of call from now on and couldn't recommend them highly enough. 5 out of 5 from me .

Amazing experience! I Purchased a car after Australia day and because I have been burned before I was a little skeptical, but Collin and David both said that they defend their cars and they really do! Every time I've had an enquiry or a question they are so quick to answer and help me and are always so pleasant to talk to :) I honestly couldn't recommend them enough! Top quality cars from top quality people :)

If you have no pride in the cars you drive this just might be the place for you. Elite autos is the absolute worst car yard I have ever come across.
Agreed price over phone, told them we were driving down from Forster to complete purchase and pick up.
When we arrived the car was beyond filthy inside only to be told that they park vehicles with windows open and dust gets in.
The old salesman offered to get a chamois and give it a quick clean! After telling him it needed a bloody good detail which would take at least 3 hours he argued back that the car had been detailed! I told him I was not paying

Great Service David truly saved me. As i had no car due to a not a fault accident, where my car was written off and I had less than a week with my loan car left. I was able to purchase a car, one I have been dreaming of for a while and was able to acquire one at an affordable price thanks a bunch mate
