It was okay, we were on our one year anniversary and I messaged the reception and asked for a balcony and city view even if it costs more. They replied saying they put us on the top floor with a city view. We were put on the 4th floor staring at a red building. That is okay I guess but we also had an issue with parking as there wasn’t enough parking at night we had to park far away. We were happy with the location but the room was pretty old.

Incompetent staff.
Elevator doesn’t work, have to make sure room is locked as doors don’t lock properly when you leave and there was blood stains on the couch. Be prepared for four random strangers to come into your room to do quotes as well as the staff have no respect for your privacy.
All of this and the hotel decided to fraudulently charge me three days after I left the hotel with no correspondence warning me of the charge. Have forwarded complaint to fair trading the ombudsman and my bank.

A good experience here. When I stayed, one of the lifts was out of use, so there was some waiting around, and the other lift was actually kind of scary, but it was heavily signed letting people know that was the case, etc. we had a beautiful room, everything we could’ve needed was there. Nice place!

I have to commend the entire staff on the hospitality I received at the hotel. My room is always clean with fresh and soft linens and to make my day. I also enjoyed the spa and sauna and it was truly a refreshing one. The staff makes me feel I'm the only visitor present in the hotel. If you are looking for the first-class service, look no further.

We had planned a trip to Brisbane as a post-graduation celebration and being locals we knew the city in and out but we also knew the soaring prices yet how the service quality was. A friend’s parent who often stayed as a gust recommended Brunswick and we made the reservation. It was honestly the most comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay we have had in quite a while. Great experience.
