Katie recently turned the big 5-0, so the body doesn't work the way it used to, and of course, her hormone. I could not speak highly enough of Lea, she has enabled me to achieve and exceed my goals and man. Alyce, 23 years old. I come from a diverse background, with a Bachelors in Accounting from CQU, owning restaurants in northern Queensland, and Scarborough, all the way to starting my career as a personal trainer just over twelve years ago. I have come from being someone who hated exercise (turns out I just hate cardio, lol) and who lived on a mixture of painkillers to get through the day due to chronic pain.
My private personal training facility is more like a mini fitness centre, rather than a mere studio. It is equipped with the latest commercial equipment to give your body the challenge it is craving and always keep the training interesting and exciting. You are training for a sport or specific event.
Cardiovascular health - provides a boost in circulation with regular use attributed to weight loss. Assists with sleep - activates the parasympathetic nervous system leaving feeling calm & relaxed. A study published in Clin Rheumatol 2009 showed 8 sauna sessions provided short term improvement in pain, stiffness & a trend towards long term beneficial effects.
My online personal training program can help you to reach your health and fitness goals, in the comfort of your own home, gym or fitness facility. My programs are customised based on your physical, mental, and dietary needs to suit you and your body. My approach is a holistic one - with a focus on your body through dietary and physical training.
Lift for Life is a unique resistance training program designed for adults with (or at risk of developing) type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. Resistance training involves using your own body weight or resistance equipment like a dumbell or rubberised band. The great thing about Lift for Life is that you can start at a level that's right for you, and go at your own pace.

‘The Fun Way to Fit!’ That’s what it’s been like with Lea. After reaching 50, I just felt ‘blah.’ For years my fitness had taken a back seat to everything else in my life, only to see a few kilos creep in around my middle (not to mention my arms & legs). I started at Fabulous Physiques 12 months ago to work on my physical health, but more importantly my mental well-being. Every session, guaranteed, Lea delivers a challenge - just don't let her count reps for you! Lea takes pride in coming up with new exercises that have me sweating, out of breath and cursing! With each session I feel stronger, fitter and more confident within myself.

I absolutely love training with Lea. It’s been 6 months and I’m feeling stronger, leaner and happier than I have done in years. Lea manages to blend having fun, keeping it exciting and still be able to push you to get the results you want. Her fitness knowledge and her diverse range of exercises to allow you to keep working within your personal limits is extraordinary. I have been training with Lea since the start of 2021 and I’ve already had fantastic results. Lea’s extensive fitness knowledge has enabled me to continue training around my running injuries. Devastated I couldn't continue my training with Lea after I moved house. Seriously considered driving 70 minutes to train with her! Still considering it!
You can tell Lea loves her job and genuinely wants to help people through a holistic approach to her training.
She has a subtle way of finding out things that you would like to change in your life and offers her extensive knowledge and ability to help get you results.
I LOVED weight training with her. Her knowledge on how to strengthen my dodgy nurses back has taken away my pain. I also lost 6 cm off my waist in 4 weeks! Gotta be happy with

I was introduced to Lea Wagner of Fabulous Physiques by my physio who felt that Lea could help me after suffering a broken hip, hip replacement and associated soft tissue damage. Lea discussed my injuries with the physio and developed a training plan targeted to those problems.  After just one week with Lea I had a great deal more mobility, flexibility and strength and now, after almost two months, I can honestly say Lea has been fantastic and I feel 100% improved.  I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lea of Fabulous Physiques for any training or "repairs" you may need.

I had been minimizing and avoiding my excess weight issues and lack of general fitness for years. Excuses such as 'it is ok you are slowing down and getting older so why does it matter?', 'Anyway you are ok as you are' and 'I don't like the gym'. All these internal statements were robbing me of good health now and into the future. I researched my area and knew from Lea's profile and personal testimony Fabulous Physiques was right for me.
Lea has actively supported and encouraged me through this action change for my situation. From day one where I truly thought I would need to call an ambulance

I started training with Lea 3 weeks ago after not doing exercise for 3 years as I have adrenal fatigue and many other medical issues. The first thing that made me want to go to Fabulous Physiques is that I wrote a massive essay on a Sunday and got a reply straight away; I went and saw Lea the very next day. I love prompt communication. Straight away I felt at ease as Lea listened to what my goals were, what health issues I had and what I hated about exercise. I’ve been training with Lea for about four months and I’m very close to reaching my physical goals. Not only is Lea a fantastic PT, each week she has new ideas that inspire and motivate me to think differently about food, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. I began training with Lea early March 2019 & I'm impressed with not only her knowledge of training routines & diet assistance but also her relaxed easy going nature. I went in search of a trainer to help me with injuries I sustained in a motorcycle accident 4 yrs ago. Along with a fractured leg, I suffered a number of soft tissue damages to my… knee, ankle & wrist. Lea has been able to cater my training to work around my injuries but also help strengthen those areas. I have been training with Lea from the start of the yr and I'm loving it...Lea is very understanding and caring, I have problems with my feet so some exercises are hard to do but lea finds away that works...I'm starting to feel more confident as I'm seeing changes in my body. Lea is so helpful in so many ways...I highly recommend her, it'll be the best thing you even done :)

Lea is honestly the best PT. She personalises my programs and PT sessions so they work for me, and is always available if I’m struggling with motivation. If she says she will do something, she does it and is always professional. In saying that, she develops really good working relationships with her clients and this makes going to her sessions so… much more enjoyable. I first saw Lea when I’d never been to the gym, and she helped me smash all of my goals. Recently, she’s helped me get my mojo back and back into training regularly, so she can help anyone no matter the goal

I have been training with Lea now for 9 months.
I have had gym memberships and engaged a few other personal trainers over the years, but always gave up / lost interest due to seeing zero results...... That was until I started training with Lea. She is so caring and knowledge, not just with the bodies anatomy, exercise and weights but also with nutrition, she even sends you recipes.
I can honestly say my body has totally transformed and continues to do so each week.

Lea has changed my mum's and my life in so many positive ways!

Lea puts the fabulous into this local bussiness! She worked with me and listened to my training needs and goals. I didn't want a PT that just smashed me during the sessions but I still wanted results and that what Lea delivered all with a very friendly, caring and flexible approach. She gave me advice on meal planning when I wanted it, but other times I have just had my own diet plan and that was fine as well. I can't recommend this bussiness enough!
