This timetable will accomodate twenty people in each session & allow 15 mins between each session to avoid cross over between members leaving and arriving. I found The Training Room while looking for boxing classes last year. What I got back is so much more. Lena & Steve put in a lot of work for their members, focusing not just on skills but also on mindset. There's tons of resources in the form of videos and pdfs that can help virtually anyone looking to start off or learn new things fitness-related. The community is very welcoming and supportive as well. The energy at the gym makes you want to do more. I am glad to have supported this small, family business through the pandemic and am excited to see what's next for them.

A couple of years ago I found The Training Room Geelong, I trialled a free class and I was HOOKED! This family run business is owned and operated by 2 time World Champion Kickboxer Steve Moxon. To me, there is nothing better than learning from the best in the business.
The classes are short, sharp, informative and FREAKING HARD ;) All levels are welcome and you can go your own pace.

I hate gyms, but TTRG is much more then a gym. Consider it a community of like minded individuals who leave their ego's at the door and as a result I'm coming up to my 4th year of membership.
Steve's an awesome trainer and sessions are never the same. Definitely improves your physical fitness and strength.
The real appeal to me, as opposed to other 'gyms', is the way Lena and Steve instill a positive mindset to the subject of fitness....it really is much more then a just physical activity.
The quality of the service that TTRG provides, gave me the confidence to bring my wife, son and mother

Great classes, ample opportunity to learn boxing skills. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Equally as friendly participants. I've been a member for 5 weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed any class I've attended. I've always had an interest in combat (martial) arts but never thought I'd enjoy boxing. My only regret is I didn't try it sooner, I… love it. I learn something new every class, but then I'm an open minded individual and I attend wanting to learn. I'm a current soccer and cricket coach and so I realise coaching methods and techniques and the coaches at The Training Room are

I had my first 1:1 boxing session with Steve, and can I just say.. WOW 🤩I learnt more in that hour than I had from years of group training. You can tell that both Steve & Lena love what they do; it shows in the sessions, their energy & knowledge. An experience I am SO thrilled to have had, and it most definitely wont be my last! 😃✨

Have been a member for a few years now. Love the variations in each session. Really enjoying working on different aspects of fitness - strength, conditioning, cardio boxing and the 10km running group programs too. Each session feels like a rewarding and satisfying use of your time. Lena and Steve have done so much work on their online sessions and hub to keep us going until we can all meet again at the gym. 🥊🏋️🏃♀️

I honestly could not recommend The Training Room Geelong highly enough. Like many others, I’ve tried gyms in the past but nothing compares to the service you receive as a member of TTR. Steve and Lena are 2 very knowledgeable and passionate people who go above and beyond to ensure your experience is second to none. From the ongoing support they… provide towards training and nutrition to the group sessions that might I add no 2 are ever the same. To mindset classes, podcasts, workshops, a running program and much more. There is so much extra added value in becoming a member. Try it

The Training Room Geelong is a gym like no other. Steve and Lena put in massive effort to create and sustain a sense of community and connection through their gym. The classes are fun, motivating, inspiring, challenging, inclusive, friendly, and always different. No chance of getting bored here with the same old stuff each visit like in other gyms! They also offer lots of free workshops, and their commitment to maintaining an online community during Covid times was outstanding. Definitely give this gym a go!

Best in Geelong! After trying out a different gym in town I HIGHLY recommend The Training Room. Steve and Lena put so much effort into curating unique and fun workouts every single day. I've never done the same workout twice. The strength and conditioning classes are amazing and will leave you feeling on top of the world after completing them! The environment is warm, welcoming and friendly. Give it a go, you won't regret it!
