Perth Electric Bike Centre sells quality accessories - for traditional and electric bicycles - at competitive prices. For all bike riders, we have all the accessories you need to ride in comfort and style. In addition, for the electric bicycle rider, we sell specialised products such as extra lithium batteries, chargers and spare parts.
Modern electric bicycles are powered by a lithium long-life battery that runs an electric motor attached to either the wheel (hub motor) or the cranks (center drive/crank motor.) You engage the motor by simply pedalling, you can adjust how much push the motor will give you (usually 4 levels of power/push), if you stop pedalling the bike will slow done like a normal non electric bike.

Could not be more happier with the service my wife and I had received at Perth Electric Bike Centre. Marcel managed to get delivered 2 Brompton e bikes for us, when we thought we had no chance of getting them this year, when I rang to find out that all Brompton e bikes were out of stock. Marcel and staff were very helpful with giving us advice and tips to use our new ebikes and could not fault there service to us. I would definitely recommend Perth Electric Bike Centre.

Terrible customer service, so completely unhelpful. Failed to acknowledge me, refused to answer questions - diverting the conversation and was overheard offering poor advice to other customers who obviously didn't know better. Take your business elsewhere if you want a pleasant, genuine and honest experience.

Received new spokes under warranty for my electric bike Gazelle.
Did had a service at the same time. My e- bike ride as new again.

First of all, we received great customer service from Perth Electric Bike Centre.
We have been shopping around for e-bikes for a while and found our ideal bikes at this shop. Very happy with the new Kalkhoff bikes. Our many technical questions about the bikes were answered by Marcel and followed up with phone calls how we were doing after our first road test.
We could not be more happy and can highly recommend the shop to any future customer.

The decision to buy a Gazelle e-bike is not a light one given the price tag. That said, it is well worth the money for the design and overall pleasantly smooth riding. I was able to take it for a test ride out the back car park to get a feel for the bike as I have never ridden an e-bike before. I also bought a decent chain lock, helmet, and pannier to go with it. The shop was very busy that day, and the two guys were doing their best to make sure that customers were served as quickly as possible. Both of them ended up serving me at different times and the information that was passed on meant that

The guys at Perth Electric Bike Centre were fantastic. They explained thoroughly about the operation of the bike and how to use it. The Kalkhoff bike itself is wonderful. I love riding it. Still have to use energy to ride it, but it does make going up hills and windy conditions much easier. I thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering purchasing an electric bike.

I bought my Gazelle C7+ from PEBC in April 2017. I hadn't cycled for a long time and, at 68, I didn't think I could cope with a non-electric bike in the Chittering hills where we lived. I have loved this bike from the moment I took it out for its first ride.
I get it serviced regularly. After every service, the bike looks and feels brand-new. When the electric motor packed it in - apparently this is a very rare occurrence with these motors - it was replaced, no questions asked. I mainly use the bike for fun and exercise so I ride it fairly hard. Up until the motor failed, I had done 15100km. I
