Placed an order online because their prices were pretty competitive compared to other online stores.
Ordered at 10pm last night, call first thing this morning to tell me they noticed i ordered a long cage derailleur so they were going to upgrade the chains i ordered to make sure i had no problems with installation.
This is why you support the LBS! Fingers crossed now Australia Post isn't awfully slow.

We have just purchased 2 bikes of Angus and can we just say what an absolutely enjoyable experience we had, Angus was so knowledgeable on everything we asked about and he was so helpful in showing and explaining how everything worked.
We did go to a few other shops but as soon as we got here we were greeted with a smile and we felt very welcomed.
We can’t recommend George’s bike shop enough and if you go here do ask for Angus and see for yourself he is brilliant.

I had a recent experience with the team at George's Bike Shop that exceeded all my expectations. I had a unique mechanical issue that required their technical support. Leaving my bike with them I was pleasantly surprised when they called saying that they were able to resolve the issue on my bike in time for my weekend ride. Thanks lads! Job well-done.

Good honest service and advise. The only bike shop I would trust in Perth to take our bikes and scooters to. We have been coming here for about 3yrs and the staff have always been very helpful. We went into get a scooter part fixed they did it for me while I waited and took 5mins. Also bought a bike and scooter last year that has been perfect! Thank you so much we will be back.

How impressed I am from this team. Very friendly, so helpful. Walked in store, one young man quickly dropped what he was doing to attend me. My son’s bike had a flat tyre, they change it in a few minutes. I bought a bicycle car rack, they set it up it for me. I left the shop so happy. Thank you for such a lovely service. Definitely will be my bicycle shop :D
