Luke has been my personal trainer for the last 12 months. I find him to be very flexible in training methods and motivating. He trains me hard but thats what I want and I always enjoy the sessions with the banter between us. I have been training with Luke for almost a year now and find his approach very professional indeed.
Our Specialized Personal Training program provides that additional individual guidance, accountability and push for superior results in less time. We design a TOTAL specific program to fit the goals and needs of each client based on what they wanto achieve and where they are currently at. We also do small group personal training & a hybrid program that combines personal training with our group fitness.

I’ve been one on one training with Luke now for 9 years, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around.
Luke is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. He is also extremely reliable and always has a exercise routine planned ahead of time.
I have no hesitation is recommending Luke as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your health and fitness goals.

I have been training with Luke since 2008 (coming up on 14 years!) and I think this fact on it's own speaks for itself - he is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable, got me the results I wanted before I got married and adjusts his sessions to suit your goals and training style - I for one am not the greatest fan of cardio workouts so we do weights and strength training instead, and I could not be happier with the results I get working out with Luke. My husband and I both train with him now twice a week, he keeps it interesting by changing up the sessions every time, and also takes my swearing
