I was a member of this club before covid. Due to a family emergency had to fly back to NZ unsure of return date. One of the managers offered to put my membership on hold for a maximum of one month which was great. But when I phoned again to advise I wouldn't be returning for some time the manager stated that I could not cancel my membership unless I went in to the club physically. This led me to paying another 8months of membership I couldn't use.

I've been to do many different gyms over the years and Reinvigr8 is hands down my favourite. It may be a smaller gym but it has such a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and I've never felt self conscious or out of place here. If you're new to working out or you feel overwhelmed at busier gyms and want somewhere to exercise judgement free then Reinvigr8 is the place!

I love this gym. The owners are amazing. They promote a real gym for real ppl. And it certainly is that. The classes are fun and rewarding. The equipment is state of the art. Doug and Rach are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I’ve never had a gym membership for longer than 6 months but I’m into my second year with these guys. It’s not only a gym it’s a community.

Good question!...it’s important because they care that you have a good and positive experience.
Take yesterday, for example.
Having not long joined I had a PT session with Dougie.
My experiences at other gyms have been a bit like this “I’m gonna go through the motions with this guy and try and break him”.
With Dougie it was more like “Ok, let’s see where he’s at, push a little but make sure he’s got good technique first and foremost so he doesn’t hurt himself and get put off coming

A privately owned medium size gym, clean, fresh and great atmosphere, open 24hrs. Lots of activities are offered and personal trainers are available. Top quality equipment, easy to use and excellent interaction by the owners. 3 WOW factors:
1. The owners' care and concern for each member, their knowledge base of their product and industry is up to date with decades of experience and no trash (BS) for any of the members!!!
2. They stock their own range of male and female fitness clothing!!
3. They stock their own range of quality health supplements eg, WPI protein etc!

Family owned & operated. Friendliest people around, open 24/7 & awesome classes included in membership. Great machines & everything at your fingertips. They actually treat you as a valued customer rather than a number like at the franchised gyms . Happy to support local businesses! I wouldn't change anything about this gym
