Raine and Horne Essendon were the worst ti deal with,while leasing a commercial property, water running through the ceiling with asbestos in the roof,water logged floors and did nothing for 6 months....bullying, intimidation tactics,water bills with meter numbers that never existed and lies and delays in negotiations on rent for covid.
Beware with dealing with this office as the stress and health problems from the mold and their response is shamefully incompetent and untrustworthy.

I've been trying to contact the Glenroy office as well as the head office and have had absolutely no response.
There is a problem with a fence which is posing a serious risk. And no one is responding to the tenants or to the neighbours.
Multiple phonecalls and emails to both the glenroy office and head office and absolutely no response!!
The fence is going to fall and kill someone.
Please contact me.
