Critical: Professionalism
I cant even get a reply from the "property manager" when over $1700 is OWED for extra rent paid. When extra rent was paid they happily took the money, but when its owed back, no reply. I am an understanding person and realise things take time but when i am being ignored since SEPTEMBER, of course i am going to get frustrated.

I was renting through Macarthur United Real Estate for 3.5 years
I am absolutely delighted to deal with them in every stages including the application process, throughout renting the maintenance and management process. Finally when I moved out they helped me to manage everything associated with it so smoothly that my life became much easier. Cant recommend them enough. They pointed some cleaning issues, I fixed them and they refunded the full bond.
