If I could give 0 star I would.
We were approved on a rental property with This realestate and we needed to sign a leasing agreement but the issue was their office is an hour drive away from us. We called the front desk if there was any other possible ways to sign the leasing agreement as We have a 4year old and a newborn who is only breastfed and also With the whole covid Situation. Also family are unable to look after our children. I got in contact with Peter when I asked if there was any other ways for us to sign the rental agreement he immediately didn’t care about our circumstance with

We are officially SOLD!!!
When making the tough decision to place our home on the market we met with a total of 4 local agents, Peter instantly stood out.
Firstly as he estimated a sale price higher than any other agent, secondly he had a well presented folio of our property with all the information and research that justified the sale price!

Very greedy all about $$$ Also making it impossible for people to buy into the local market, listing homes well above what other agents are in the area for there own benefit even if it means having homes sit on the market for a long time. Family business or not their intentions do not seem very genuine.

Is down to earth and very professional, definitely works for the vendor. When my husband and I approached Peter to sell our home we made it clear we would think about it and to please not hassle us. Peter was a man of his word whilst we where receiving daily phone calls and texts from OTHER real estates Peter never hassled us, he waited for us to contact him. I highly highly recommend Peter Hunt Real estate ALL staff are very professional and punctual. 😊
