I was asked to fill up an application by Lauren and provide my personal details in order for a private inspection but later when i followed up, an application has been decided and preapproved, no private inspections, not even virtual tour.
When I expressed my disappointments, and that it's not good to ask for application and all of the personal details if they are not going to hold their end side of the bargain, the conversation immediately was changed to "we were about to ask people for inspections".
So it doesn't seem right, it shouldn't be difficult to be straight forward and honest.
