When you are ready to vacate your property you are required to give formal notice with a Residential Tenancies Authority Form 13. Please note notice periods apply when ending a tenancy agreement. We cannot conduct our Final Exit Inspection until you have removed all belongings and have returned all keys to our office.

The worst real estate agent me and my family has ever experienced. Every time I step into their office, it feels like the air is purified with hate. Staff manners are equivalent to prison guards. What's even more disturbing is that Louise herself acts the same as her staff. Terrible people skills management. Extremely disdapointed.
And ofcourse, did not get a single cent from my bond. I don't know how they still exist... AVOID!
I truely think they are a part of some witchcraft gang feeding on energy of people and their wallets. 😱

My family and I rented a property through Louise Griffin Prooerty Management and had the best renting experience ever from the time we inspected the property to the end of the lease.
Wonderful staff, always able to be contacted. All maintenance actioned in a timely manner.
Full bond refund was received at the end of the lease.

I was looking for a few different apartments for myself and I must say that the staff in this agency were the most reactive and efficient when it came to processing my application. I have had the best experience as a renter. They have always been unfailingly polite and professional. The team always attended promptly to anything that needed attention and were very reasonable I think in balancing landlord and tenant needs. I would happily rent through them or in other circumstances put my own property in their hands.

So I give these guys 2.5 stars.
Positives:
1 or 2 nice people to deal with at the start of the tenancy. I’m not sure they still work there.
Generally I would say this agency is probably overall a less experienced/slightly less competent at understanding their job (yet) rather than being complete bully’s or acting ‘creatively’ around the law (which I have experienced from other agents in Brisbane too!).
We had to rent for a small period while our house was renovated. I thought we would escape problems however...
Negatives:
When I emailed through issues such as lack of security/locks

We rented through Louise Griffin for nearly 3 yrs and they have been the best property managers ever. EVER. Nothing was too much for them and they were always helpful and pleasant whenever we had dealings with them.
I believe that to have a good experience with any property manager, you have to remember that it is a two way street. I felt that the team at Louise Griffin always gave us respect and courtesy right throughout our tenancy which is a hell of lot more than what we experienced with previous, larger companies *cough* Ray White. *cough*

My partner and I rented a house from Louise Griffin for the last 2 years. We have found the ladies to have been very professional throughout our time working with them. We never had any large issues with the house we rented and the one time we had a plumbing problem, we lodged a request for repair through a very convenient app. and within a few hours the plumbers had shown up to the house and fixed the problem. Seamless! We read bad reviews (from a few years back at this point) when signing on with Louise Griffin as to not receiving bonds back and lack of professionalism, but our interactions with

My partner Sean and I rented a property through Louise Griffin and I have to say they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sean and I loved living in the property but after 4 years we bought our own. We found all the staff at LG to be very professional and if any issues arose at the property they we sorted out straight away by the team. The best agency I have ever rented from. The staff are all very friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. My experience was always positive, from my first inspection of the house I rented, till I vacated the house as I purchased my own property. I used RE Connect to pay my rent, this was a great system to pay rent through, for a minimal charge. Maintenance was always attended to promptly, with emails sent to me updating me of the job progress. I would rent off this agency again in a flash, or list my own property if ever required for rent.

Louise Griffin Property Management have been the worst real estate agent I've dealt with in all my years of renting. Staff are rude and inconsiderate of tenants rights. They take no responsibility with any maintenance issues and will rather shift it all onto the tenant. Will often not provide notices of inspection and allowed the owner of the property to drop by unannounced. Thankfully I no longer have to deal with this agency and I would definitely not recommend this agency to any person looking to rent their property.
