Nick and Jo make an excellent sales team. From the start they were friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the local property market. This put us immediately at ease about commissioning them to sell our property and they did not let us down. They kept us up date and well informed after each home open and every other stage of the process. We really appreciated their cheerful encouragement and positive attitude throughout. Being from interstate we also really appreciated their extra help in making sure that the property and garden looked their best.

As a purchaser of a property listed by Nick and Jo I have nothing but praise for this incredible team! I found Nick and Jo to be highly transparent, communicative, supportive and extremely professional. At an anxious time they took the time and effort in guiding me through the process unlike the previous agents at Realty Lane who were extremely disappointing to say the least. Not all agents are made equally and Nick and Jo demonstrated this on every level. Buying a property is stressful at the best of times but they were instrumental in explaining everything in great depth

Nick Luca and Jo Datillo were the selling agent for the property we bought. Their friendly approach, professionalism and non pushy style was a winner with us and how I'd like our property to be presented to prospective buyers if we were a seller. I couldn't be happier with Nick and Jo's friendly and professional manner and will employ their services again when it comes time to sell. At our first meeting I felt totally comfortable and knew it would be a smooth and easy transition to buy in Gwelup. We recently bought our dream home with Nick Luca and Jo Dattilo as the listing agents. They were very helpful and kept in regular contact with us after we put our offer in.
