Unfortunately between Dnata and the customer broker you are dealing with a loose loose situation. Although you end up doing everything yourself to avoid getting surcharged but you still have to paying duplicate payment at the end and you have to coop with it if you want to receive the package

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !
super slow, while a friend of mine’s broker released her goods in just one day, this company took TWO weeks for mine and still at the end I had to book it myself !! Super rude and irresponsible! I had to call myself to follow up what’s happening and all Amanda would tell me was “ we’re just waiting for quarantine to give us a time “ with a super rude tone and hung up the phone ! while I was in contact with quarantine and they told me my broker has not given them enough details and they waiting on that !!! Had to call custom myself to follow up too and when I told

Hired them for FOB delivery to door. Had a very bad experience with these guys, their quotes are a hoax, they quote 1700 ended up paying 3000. Delays in delivery and telling different story on every call, no communication in between had to call every day for 10 days about my machines and finally they got delivered. Machines is damaged from different sides and adding to my misery the delivery truck with a crane that they sent me in 600 dollers damaged my tyre racks and left more work for me. I will never hire this company again.
