Our Customs brokerage team comprise several Nominee Licenced Customs Brokers and appropriately trained support staff. At organisational and staff level, we possess the necessary accreditation in Customs and Quarantine (DAWR) formalities to ensure the highest standard of compliance and accuracy in Import Declarations prepared and submitted.
Specific Freight provide a full range of import and export services for perishable cargo. Our processes ensure optimum temperature controlled conditions and commodity handling compliance across a full complement of services. We are MSQA accredited (Department Of Agriculture and Water Resources Quality accreditation) which is required for dealing with meat products.
Our industry recognized software platform allows us the ability to process information electronically & efficiently directly to our customers using a variety of communication methods and enhancing our customer service capability. Customized Reports to measure agreed (KPI's) Key Performance Indicators to ensure service standards are maintained.
Where a document is issued by or on behalf of the Company and bears the title of, or includes the words, "bill of lading" (whether or not negotiable), or sea or air "waybill" and provides that the Company contracts as carrier, the provisions set out in that document, if inconsistent with these Conditions, shall be paramount and prevail over these Conditions to the extent that such provisions are inconsistent but no further.
