I am the warehouse mngr for an aerospace company (blue aerospace) and we switched to louie and suzanne about 7 or 8 years ago, in that time they have done nothing but the absolute best job for us. from customizing and uncomprimising customer service, they seriously go above and beyond, thank u guys❤️

Worst product and customer service ever. They sent us a crate with flaws, we let them know right away and tried to arrange a refund or return but have been arguing with them for 6 months trying to get a refund. They tried to blame it on shipping damage and said that they were in a dispute with the shipping company and that we had to wait, however the crate was a mess from a design standpoint, not from shipping damage. Even if it was from shipping damage, it shouldn't have been our problem. Now they are not responding to email at all. Buyer beware!
