I have been dealing with Magellan for around 3 years now. Their service has been exceptional and we see them as an extension of our business. Our supply chain is critical and we have been very reliant on them for their outside the box solutions over the years. Their Sales Manager, Edi has mastered our work and has a very intricate understanding of our needs. He has always been able to deliver on solutions that meet our needs and his foresight and knowledge are second to none and unparalleled in his industry. I changed over to Magellan services around 3 years back from another forwarder and the service level that was discussed with our account manager Quang to start moving freight with them. Magellan and their overseas office has defiantly delivered above an beyond. Coordinating with our suppliers and loading multiply shippers per container, has save us lot in freight cost. We also do high volume of large airfreight for projects and Magellan has always delivered on time from door to door. Highly recommend Quang and the Magellan team
