Patients who book and do not attend the consult without cancellation notice are liable to a DNA (Did not attend) fee of $50. Cancellation time should be 4 hours prior to appointment time. Struggling with mental/behavioural health - stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, addiction, ADHD or learning disabilities, mood disorders, or other psychological concerns.
Cooroy Family Practice is a well-established, locally owned and locally operated, private medical centre. The practice is AGPAL accredited, provides a wide-range of health care in a family and friendly environment; uses PracSoft and Medical Director Software. The number of our new patients is actively increasing on monthly basis on an average of 121 patients per month.
Cooroy Family Practice operates on an appointment system. Standard appointments are made at 15 minute intervals and are usually adequate to deal with most health issues. If you are making an appointment for an insurance or employment medical, a procedure, a complex condition or multiple medical problems, please book a longer appointment.
Cooroy Family Practice is committed to providing a caring, friendly atmosphere staffed by the highest quality team of professionals. Unequivocally the worst doctor practice I’ve seen. 0/5
- No sense of scheduling; up to 45 minutes late while being the only people here at mid-afternoon.
- Dirty waiting room; remnants of mould on the wall, overall unclean feel.
- General feeling that staff couldn’t care less.
I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.

I visited this clinic over a year ago, incredibly ill and vulnerable. I had a large array of clinical signs, including joint pain and body rashes, and the doctor I saw completely dismissed my very real concerns and diagnosed me with body dysmorphia and said it was all in my head. Her manner was also incredibly dismissive and uncaring. Thank god I went elsewhere where I was diagnosed with a number of serious autoimmune conditions, one of which requires an epipen. My visit to this doctor still haunts me to this day and has left me with serious trust issues of medical professionals. Please do not

Completely unprofessional and rude staff and all foreign doctors with language barriers. Constant issues with their phones either that or they don’t want to answer it after numerous attempts of
Calling. I recently visited this practice on 2 occasions with a relative, from the moment we walked in the practice smelt musky and unclean which was evident as we sat in the waiting room & looked around and waited over 45 mins both times to see the Doctor.
Rachel the receptionist was rude and blunt and seemed like she didn’t want to be there making us feel
