I've been a renter for over 20 years and unfortunately my experience with 2nd Avenue is the worst I've had. A serious issue with fresh water to the kitchen took 3 months to be addressed, and I was informed that the owner and the Real Estate had both known of the issue prior to my moving in. While some issues were seen to relatively quickly, others were also lagging significantly, and when I finally said I would not be renewing my lease it was the very next day that someone was in to evaluate what the property would be worth as the owner was looking to sell, making me wonder why they bothered having

Our property has been managed by 2nd Avenue since we bought it in 2003. We have never had any problems with it. Brenda has been managing it for a number of years now, and we’ve never been happier. She has all the experience needed in a wonderful property manager.
