Pls be careful to take car on rental from this company, I had just minor scratch on their car .
It was my honesty i told them or I can cover that from any penal beater very easily not even $50, But I told them I can Fix that from outside they said no don’t worry it’s ok
But at the end they took $800 from my credit card for that minor scratch, so be careful.

Took 1 week rental of a car. Picked up the vehicle at the correct time and retured it 15 minutes early. Only to get an extra charge for 1 day rental. Apparently because the vehicle was returned 1 and a half hour late. Which it wasn't, I provided evidence of the time I returned the vehicle on my first email. But still took serval emails and weeks for them to agree to a refund. (Which I haven't received as yet) what's more annoying, I never got an apology for their mistake. The stress and anxiety and wast of my time.

Rude and unhelpful staff. We hired a van through Europcar via our insurance because 2 of our vehicles had been in accidents and were in for repairs. We had pick up a van 2 days previous. Upon arrival I’d realised my drivers license was at home. Thinking it wouldn’t be a problem as they had my details for 2 days previous, plus I had the digital copy of my licence that is recognised by everyone else in NSW. Well this was against “company policy” to help a customer out who had 2 of his employees with him who needed the van to get our jobs done and run our business. So I had to get an Uber

Not a good Customer services, dirty car and excuse was not having cleaning station to wash cars. Top dollar charging but not professionals. Not honest with their dealings with the customers .I thought it was great company to rent a the car . I was wrong ,not recommending. No one is listening took the money from my account without any justification. I have spoken to the customer service and he was so rude as well. This company is making money by doing wrong thing like unjustified overcharged to customers.

First red light was when we arrived at the Gold Coast terminal and all the other rental car operators had huge line ups and there was no one at the Europcar desk. We were informed there was a $100 deposit to our card when we booked the car, only to be told it was $400 for a debit card (there goes half our holiday money). There were many dings and dents on the car, we were given a list of them upon hiring the car, my husband inspected the car before we left satisfied with the list given to us. when returning the car we were just boarding our flight home when we received an email saying they had

Not a great experience. Booked a car for use over Christmas/New Year with a baby seat for our 2 year-old son. Had trouble booking online so rang Europcar and they booked it for us. We rang to confirm the booking, including baby seat, one week before travelling. Upon arrival at the Tullamarine office on Christmas Day we were advised that our request for a baby seat could not be met because it was never "confirmed" (although we'd booked and confirmed with them over the phone). We were told "sorry we are over booked - none to spare. Go out and buy one yourself". On Christmas morning - I ask you!!
