Good communication upon collection of car. No fuss. Car was Renault Captur with less than 10000km in excellent condition. Key card for car kept saying it was low on battery despite being on the charger and made us a bit nervous when leaving the car. Car was very clean and comfortable. Lovely shuttle service with friendly employees. Good checkout procedure with no fuss once again. Would use again for sure.

Very professional and easy to deal with, at a ver affordable price. Best part is they allow you to park the car in the nearby parking overnight before returning the car (provided you dont need to leave the carpark again), saving us from having to find overnight parking before returning the car the next day

With car rentals getting so expensive since covid I found east Coast a good alternative. Used city pick up and return and it worked well. Car was not what I expected but did the job. The staff were great and especially the guy on return who found my wallet that I had left and got it to me before I realised

The car was spotless and in excellent condition.
Pick up by the shuttle bus from airport was quick. Terry, the driver, was wonderful. He was very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information we needed.

Great service, friendly and not pushy and really prompt and patient replies by email (I had to change the reservation multiple times due to changing travel plans and travel requirements). The car was new, very clean, great condition. They clearly had the lowest prices compared to other agencies I searched, and their booster seats were really well priced (a rarity!) and in good condition. They also gave me a friendly phone call to remind me of their earlier closing hours as my dropoff time was near their closing hour. The only downside is opening hours are more limited than the big name agencies

Great prices and the best service. Rented the car for a week and extended for a further 5 weeks. They were very accomodating and always helpful. Special mention to a lady by the name of Wafa (hope I got it right) she was very patient and very friendly. Next time go back to Melbourne I know where to get my rental vehicle.

Terrible. Booked over the phone and rate sounded good, arrived and was told by staff I would have to pay $1000 deposit before I could complete the rental! No warning of this when I called and booked but I was told off for not reading the fine print on the confirmation email. No other rental car company has ever asked for any such payment before, my advice: book with another rental company for a better deal and service
