Services
Designed for ladies 50 and beyond who want 1 on 1 support and guidance. Sessions will be designed around improving strength, balance, mobility and general fitness. Sessions incorporate mindset coaching, nutrition and exercise. Guaranteed to help you get back to being able to do everyday things more easily.
You can be a complete beginner and you get support from Libby if you need any extra help with the program. Remember these are workouts that will get you feeling strong and confident again in just 10 minutes a day. Do you struggle to get down on the floor to play with your grandkids or find that gardening is really hard as you can't get up and down off the ground?

Loving Libby’s Virtual PT Sessions.
As a newcomer to PT sessions I was daunted by the idea of going virtual when the lockdown begun. So glad I did !!!!! Loving it!!!! Libby has been amazing and so positive. Every session is still tailored to my needs and she constantly changes it up to make the 30 minutes new and fun. I love the time saving, easy to switch on and able to juggle kids, work, home, new puppy all from the backyard whilst still feeling the results. Having the ongoing contact with Libby has been so positive and can’t recommend the virtual training more highly. Totally worth it.
