CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements which are constantly varied and performed at relatively high intensity. At CrossFit Mt Eliza we put our community first. The friendly rivalry and camaraderie that happens when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective.
To get you started we'll organise some introductory sessions where we'll teach you the fundamentals. These can be done one-on-one or you're welcome to bring a friend for moral support.
